White corn tortillas

These AL tortillas are the best. A girlfriend of mine is Mexican and she loved them. She picks the white corn over yellow but I like them both equally. Sometimes we cut them in triangles and fry them up for chips. With homemade pico de gallo with garden tomatoes and jalapeños, pretty hard to beat.

Exactly what I had been searching for!

I searched all over my city for tortillas without any preservatives or gums added and couldn't find a single option. I was so happy to discover AlbaLisa tortillas! When properly reheated they are very tender and delicious. I'll be keeping some on hand in my freezer all the time from now on!
