Orders will be processed in 3-5 days.

Your order of quality food products is brought to your door by your choice of currier anywhere in Canada and the USA. Orders are charged a shipping fee (plus HST) depending on the total weight of your order. This amount will appear at the Checkout page, before you finalize your order. Shipping fees will also appear in your order confirmation as "shipping charges".

In order to track your packages, find the tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number in your currier's web tracker, to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours after your package was picked up from our fulfillment center before tracking information appears on their website.

Orders will be shipped with the items that are currently in-stock at the time of processing. Status of any unshipped items will be communicated after the order has already shipped. If all the products in your order are unavailable by the time your order is being processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order entirely. Refunds on any items missed from your order will be refunded in 24-72 hours past the shipping notice. 

*Only non-perishable items can be shipped to the USA.
