Fantastic customer service

Following my last review the owner reached out offering advice on how to warm the tortilla and sent complimentary packs for me to try again. The suggested microwave technique worked well and the tortilla were much softer than before. The kids preferred the flour tortilla that were also sent for comparison.
Amazing customer service and will continue to support this independent business.

Too hard, not impressed

Tried warming on a dry skillet, tried soaking and microwaving and they are still way too hard. Was hoping to have these as a week night freezer go-to but the kids would not eat them. Used the remainder to make Nachos. Disappointed.
